I am holding a number of Classes, Pack Walks and Workshops around the Gold Coast area this year. I will list them as they become confirmed by me.
Paying for events: Payment for these events is by credit/debit card in advance when booking your place on the event. Due to the limited places I have available at these events, I need to confirm committed attendees. You may cancel your place on an event you have booked, and receive a full refund. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the event starts, there is a 30% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 2 days before the event, there is a 20% cancellation fee. These fees will be automatically deducted when you do an online cancellation.
If you need to cancel due to unforeseen personal circumstances, you can either do a cancellation directly on the website, or you may transfer your payment to another upcoming event. If you choose to transfer to another event, please contact me direct.
Rescheduling of events
If due to unfavorable weather, or due to a personal emergency that doesn't permit me to attend, the event will be rescheduled usually within the following 2 weeks. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, you will be offered a full refund that will be transferred back into your credit/debit card. Or alternatively, you can transfer to another event.
Events will not go ahead (and therefore rescheduled) if the temperature for the day is forecast to exceed 30c, or due to rain. For either of these circumstances, I will SMS you direct either the night before, or by 7am on the morning of the event. This also applies if I have a personal emergency arise.
Location of events
Due to many of these events being held in public locations, I will not be advertising the exact location on the website, only the suburb. Once you have booked and paid for your place on the class, pack walk or workshop, you will receive an email detailing the exact location, and any other relevant information.
